Unfortunately, once you (or your customer) have placed an order on your webshop, you're unable to amend or cancel it. You will need to either refuse the delivery or return it to us for a refund to be processed.
You can't change the address if you've made a mistake so please make sure before confirming an order you're confident all the details are correct, especially if you're placing an order for delivery direct to your customer.
If you've placed an order with the incorrect delivery address and it's returned to us by Royal Mail, once it reaches our warehouse we'll process a refund back to the original payment method.
