You can only claim back your VAT if you're VAT registered.
You may need to register for VAT, or you may be able to choose to register voluntarily, if you're supplying goods or services within the UK. You will sell products to your customer at a selling price that includes VAT.
All prices provided in the catalogue includes VAT. As an Independent Brand Ambassador, you'll purchase products from Ann Summers inclusive of VAT.
If you become VAT registered, please advise Customer Services of your VAT number and date of registration, and send Customer Services a copy of your VAT registration form. This is crucial to be able to provide you with the paperwork that will you will need when liaising with HMRC or Irish Tax and Customs.
UK Ambassadors
If your turnover of VAT taxable goods and services supplied within the UK for the previous 12 months is more than the current registration threshold of £85,000 (as of 1 April 2020), or you expect it to go over that figure in the next 30 days alone, you must register for VAT.
Please contact your local tax office with any VAT queries.
