A Commissions Statement is a monthly report which provides Ambassadors with an overview of earnings that have not come from their standard 25% discount. The statement shows how an Ambassador’s earnings have been calculated and also includes deductions for fines, penalties or other payments due to Ann Summers that are not related to an Ambassador’s trade account.

Your Commissions Statement is available on your portal to view and print. Go to Reports >> Commissions Statement. It's not available by email.

For queries about your Commissions Statement, contact your Upline.

Customer Services will not be able answer questions about how the Statement is calculated or on the activity of anyone in your team or Downline. Customer Services cannot access an Ambassador’s Statement.
