If you've changed your mind about becoming an Ambassador, you have 14 days from receipt of purchasing your starter kit to return it to us for a refund, as long as you and your customer's haven't yet placed any orders through your webshop. We'll also only refund Kits returned to us unused and in their original condition. 

Please note, if you purchased a Digital kit you will still need to contact Customer services to cancel your registration.

If you're sure you no longer want to be an Ambassador, we'll arrange for your Kit to be collected. To arrange your Kit collection, please contact Customer Services using the Contact Us button below.
