It's important for Customer Services team to manage both compliments and complaints. If required, the details of the complaint will be forwarded to the Regional Leader and the Sisterhood team for investigation.
It's important you and your customers contact the correct teams at Head Office:
- Ask customers to complete a Contact Us form at annsummers.com/contactus - but please note this is for customers only and not to be used by Ambassadors.
- Customers should include as much detail as possible about their compliment or complaint.
