Independent Brand Ambassadors receive a standard 25% commission (PSC) for customer orders placed directly through their Webshop*. Your accrual of PSC is displayed in the 'Sister Pay' section of the Sister App.
Your Sister Pay balance will also show any deductions for PSC when a Customer returns an item. Any other charges to your account will be displayed here too.
Ambassadors can use the balance on their account to place orders via their Ambassador webshop.
At month end, any amount of £10.01 or over will be paid out to the Ambassador's registered bank account. We aim to pay all Ambassador commissions by the 10th day of the following month.
IMPORTANT: Please note that any balances of £10.00 or under will be reapplied back to your Sisterpay balance. |
Please be advised that any changes to bank account details in your Sister App must be made before the commission run takes place. Any changes made after the commission run has been completed will not be acknowledged for that month, and payments will be processed to the bank account you had registered previously.

Please note, orders placed shortly after 12am on the first day of a new month could still be counted towards the previous months commission run. To avoid issues, we would advise waiting until later in the morning to place orders you wish to attribute to the current months totals.
