So, you've signed up to a new journey to start your own business as an Ann Summers Sisterhood Ambassador and it’s time to take a look at your welcome emails... But you can't seem to find them. See below for an email troubleshooting guide.
Have you checked your junk / spam folder?
Our emails may be redirecting to your Junk folder (sometimes knows as 'Spam'), and it just means that your email provider (Yahoo, Outlook, Gmail etc.) has mistaken our email as, well, spam.
But don’t worry – there’re a few ways you can overcome this:
Add Party Plan as a VIP, or contact
It will work differently for whichever email client you use, but in this example:
- Scroll over the Ann Summers name and select ‘Add to contacts’:
- You can also copy and paste the email address (info@partyplan.annsummers.com) and add it to your address book manually if you prefer.
- With some email providers you can add a contact as a ‘VIP’, which will stop the emails ever going into your junk folder.
Mark the email as 'not spam'
Mark the emails from Party Plan in your junk folder as ‘Not Spam’ – this tells your email client that we're not spamming you, and that next time our emails should go straight to your inbox. It may take a short time for your email client to learn that emails from this address are not spam, so you may need to repeat this step before they appear in your inbox.
Manually move the email to your inbox
Another way you can tell your email client that Sisterhood emails are not spam is by manually moving the email to the inbox:
- Try right clicking the email or holding your finger on it if you are on mobile.
- This will give you the option to ‘move’ the email. It may say, ‘restore to inbox’. If this shows on your email provider, this will work too.
You may need to repeat this a few times before your email provider will remember your preferences. Basically – your email provider needs you to tell it a few times that you want that email in your inbox. It will, after time, get the message, and begin to put your mail from Party Plan into your inbox.
If after following these steps you still can't locate your emails, please contact customer services with your PA ID and we'll investigate this for you.
