Ambassador accounts will be become 'inactive' and automatically close following 6 months of inactivity (Personal sales of 0 within a continuous 6 month period).
Previously on the Party Portal, Ambassadors who fell off the system due to inactivity or had chosen to leave the Sisterhood, could request to be reinstated within 6 months of their account closing.
In the new Sister App, Ambassadors no longer have the ability to reinstate their accounts. Should an Ambassador, who has previously left the Sisterhood or become inactive, wish to rejoin the Sisterhood must do so by registering for a new account.
Please note - If an Ambassador willingly requests to have their original Ambassador account closed, they must not open a new account until 6 months has lapsed since the closure of their account.
Any Ambassadors who attempt to open a new account following a breach of their Independent Ambassador Agreement, will have their new account closed with immediate effect.
