If your order has not correctly processed but the payment has been taken, or your payment has been taken more than once, please contact sisterhoodhelpdesk@annsummers.com with the following information:
- Your PA ID;
- The date and time the transaction was made;
- The exact value of the payment;
- The last 4 digits of the card used to make the payment;
- The order number;
- The cardholder name.
Without this information, the Sisterhood Helpdesk will not be able to help you.
Please ensure that the payment has definitely left your bank account and is not pending.
