Upon registration as an Ann Summers Independent Brand Ambassador (IBA), you shall be placed into the Ann Summers IBA network and shall be provided with an Upline.

Your Upline is the IBA who initially invited you to join the Ann Summers Sisterhood and is your direct sponsor. Your Upline will also have an immediate Upline IBA, who also sits in your wider Upline network.

All Uplines should provide support to their downline team, which includes sales support and support with building a successful business and making business decisions. Your Upline can also support you with queries relating to the Sister App, Compensation Plan, Sister Pay and many topics.

If you require support or guidance, you should seek this from your Upline in the first instance.

An Upline Leader is an IBA who is currently at the status of 'Team Ambassador' or above in the Compensation Plan.
