Customers and Ambassadors that choose to use any of Klarna’s financial services to purchase goods through the Ann Summers Sisterhood, do so at their own risk.
Ann Summers do not currently support Klarna as a method of payment through the Party Portal. Klarna App's ability to provide a 'One Time Card' payment on any site that Visa Card is accepted means that Ambassador's are able to use Klarna's services as a method of payment for Go2pay funds, without our express permission.
Ambassadors and Sisterhood Customers who use Klarna to pay for Ann Summers goods are entering into a financial agreement with Klarna Bank and are therefore, fully responsible for all repayments and any penalties incurred.
All repayments due are the responsibility of the ambassador/customer who has wilfully entered into a repayment contract with Klarna.
Ambassadors and Sisterhood customers should also be aware that; goods purchased with Klarna, via Go2pay, will still be subject to the normal returns process. This means that any items returned will be credited back to the Ambassador in the first instance.
If an Ambassador or Customer, requires a Go2pay refund this must be requested by the Ambassador through Customer Services. Until this time, it is likely that any returned goods will not be reflected in Klarna’s systems and you/your customer may be required to make further repayments. Please note, the same applies for any credits raised for missing orders, items and outstanding goods.
It is the Ambassadors sole responsibility to ensure their customers of fully aware of these implications when advertising Klarna as a method of payment.
