Key Business Dates
Recruitment Pause: 20th February - 7th March 2022
To ensure that any new recruits entering the business are fully immersed in our new systems, we will be putting a temporary pause on all sisterhood recruitment between 20th February and 3rd March 2022.
Party Portal Exchange Cut off: 20th February 2022
From 20th February 2022 we will no longer be able to process any exchanges for orders that were originally placed on the Party Portal*. From this date onwards, any orders that were originally placed on the Party Portal and are returned for an exchange, will be processed as a return and credited back to the Ambassador.
Party Portal Order Cut off: 27th February
We would strongly advise that all orders required before the planned system outage, are placed by end of day on 27th February*. We would particuarly advise this in instances where an Ambassador wishes to secure qualifying criteria for incentives or a compensation plan status.
System outage: 28th February - 7th March 2022
On the 28th February your existing Party Portal will shut down to make way for your new fully developed Sister App and individual webshops*. This time will allow our IT team to transfer across all the relevant data to ensure you can hit the ground running when we launch on 3rd March. Specific timings will be communicated via email and the Ambassador Facebook Group nearer the time.
Adelante Cut off: 28th February
Please ensure all Adelante funds are matched to order by 11am on 28th February 2022, at the latest. Any unused payments will not be carried over to the new system and will be lost.
Sisterhood Launch Event: 1st March
Celebrating 50 years of Ann Summers, and sharing everything you need to get ready for the launch of your very own webshop, we will be taking you through the new platform as well as lots of fabulous training and product content.
Sister App - IBA Bank Details Advance Notification: In order to ensure bank details are current and accurate, we are asking all Ambassadors to update the Sisterhood App with their bank details on 7th March following launch. This information will not be carried over from Phase 1, so it is important you log in to the app to complete this step on the launch day to ensure a smooth transition. |
