Unfortunately, once you've placed an order via the Party Portal, you're unable to amend or cancel it, and will need to wait for it to be returned to us before your account is credited.
You can't change the address if you've made a mistake so please make sure before confirming an order you're confident all the details are correct, especially if you're placing an order for delivery direct to your customer.
If you've placed an order with the incorrect delivery address and it's returned to us by Royal Mail, once it reaches our warehouse we'll process a credit back onto your account.
Kit orders can only be sent to the Ambassador. Any Kits ordered to a customer or under a customer reference will be rejected and you will not receive the order. Kit orders can only be placed once.
