When you sponsor someone to become a Independent Brand Ambassador with the Ann Summers Sisterhood, the information they supply is used to verify their identity against public record data.
If they've received an email from the Sisterhood to notify them that their application has been declined, this is because we couldn’t verify their identity with the information they provided. This will be down to one of two reasons:
- The information they have provided is not accurate or contains an error
- Our system has been unable to verify their identity based on the information provided.
Unfortunately, this means their application has been automatically declined.
We're sorry, but we are unable to reverse this decision and they won’t be able to sign up to the Sisterhood again using the same email address.
Your sponsor is welcome to reapply, but please ensure the information they provide is accurate when registering to be an Independent Brand Ambassador. You can find further guidance on ensuring registration information is accurate here.
If they continue to experience difficulty registering as an IBA, please contact your Leader for further support.
