As an existing Ambassador, when you log in to the new Sister App for the first time you'll be asked to enter your details. This information is automatically used to verify your identity against public record data.
If you've received an email to notify you that 'your application is under review' - Don't worry! This is an automatic email because we couldn’t verify your identity with the information you provided.
If an existing Ambassador does not pass identification checks we will be unable to manually pass the application through the system. In this scenario, our App Support team will need to reset your Identification check and will be in contact to assist you further.
