Super Star Sellers and Growth Champions are ongoing incentives that awards our most successful ambassadors on a monthly basis. 

Each month, the top Ambassadors from each league table category will be awarded the following:

Superstar Sellers

The Superstar seller league table ranks Ambassadors based on their Personal Sales (PS) for the month.

DA - SPA:

• 1st, 2nd & 3rd place = £75 Sister Pay Credit
• 4th – 10th = Sisterhood Merchandise

TA and above:

• 1st, 2nd & 3rd place = £75 Sister Pay Credit
• 4th – 10th = Sisterhood Merchandise

Growth Champions

The Growth Champion league table ranks Leaders at Team Ambassador level or above based on their CTS % Growth and Volume Growth.

• The CTS % Growth category winner =  £75 Sister Pay Credit
• The Volume Growth category winner  =  £75 Sister Pay Credit

League tables will be published periodically for Ambassadors to track their progress. Monthly winners will be announced at the beginning of the following month.

Terms and conditions:

• This incentive is open to all Ambassadors.
• There is no cash alternative to this incentive. Ann Summers reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the incentive where it deems necessary to do so.
• Super Star Sellers League tables will be calculated based on Ambassadors total personal sales as reflected in their end of month commission statement.
• Growth Champions League tables will be calculated based on Ambassadors total central team sales as reflected in their end of month commission statement.
• To achieve Growth Champion status, Ambassador's must be paid as TA+ for the previous month and month of achievement.
• Sister Pay credit rewards will be applied to Ambassador's accounts during the first week following the month of achievement.
• Growth Champion league tables will track based on the assumption that Leader's will reach paid as status TA+ at the end of the month. Weekly League tables should not be viewed as a definite indicator of achievement.
• Returns will be monitored throughout and beyond the incentive period. Ann Summers reserves the right to recoup any incentive rewards where an ambassador is found to have acted fraudulently or abused the terms of the incentive.
• Ann Summers reserves the right to withhold any achievements where deemed necessary.
• Please note, the incentive rewards may be substituted at any time for alternative item of the same value or greater.
• If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, or the Ann Summers, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to exclude Ambassadors from participating in the incentive.
