What is the Peak Bonus incentive?
Peak Bonus is an incentive programme that gives all Ambassadors the opportunity to earn up to £750 across October and November as an additional cash bonus:
How to earn
Ambassadors earn points through their own personal sales (PS) and the personal sales of their new recruits across November and December:
- 1 Ambassador PS = 1 point
- 1 New Recruit PS = 3 points
Ambassador PS and new recruit PS are tallied separately. The minimum PS requirement, to qualify and checkout, is 500 points across November and December for both Ambassador PS and New Recruit PS individually.
IMPORTANT - Ambassadors must 'opt in' to the incentive in order to be eligible to receive any Peak Bonus rewards. Ambassadors will be emailed at the beginning of the incentive window and throughout the duration of the qualifying period (1st October – 31st October) with details on how to 'opt in' to the incentive (with the exception of new joiners from October and November who will have until November 25th to opt in) |
Checkout
At the end of the incentive period Ambassadors who have 'opted in' will be emailed with their total points earnt through their own PS and the total points earnt through the PS of their new recruits. The minimum points requirement to qualify for any incentive bonus is 500 across November and December.
Both points totals will then be put through separate 'multipliers' to give their final checkout total:
- 500 PS - x 2
- 1000 PS - x 3
- 2000 PS - x 4
- 3000 PS - x 5
In order to 'checkout' an Ambassador must select their preferred reward type, cash or product reward credit. Ambassadors will be sent an email containing details of how to make this selection. Please note, points conversion for cash and product reward credit are slightly different.
If you select a cash bonus:
- 100 points = £0.80 cash bonus
If you select a product reward credit:
- 100 points = £1.00 product credit
Payment schedule
Ambassadors must 'checkout' within the timeframes set out below in order to ensure they receive their chosen bonus type in their preferred month.
December bonus payment
If a qualifying Ambassador wishes to receive their bonus in December they must checkout by midnight 25th November 2022.
- Cash Bonuses will be paid in to the Ambassador's registered bank account on 9th December.
- Product reward credit will be paid in to the Ambassador's Sisterpay balance after the November commission run has taken place on Monday 12th December.
January bonus payment
If a qualifying Ambassador wishes to receive their bonus cash/product reward credit in January they must checkout between November 26th and midnight 2nd January 2023.
- Cash Bonuses will be paid in to the ambassador's registered bank account on 10th January.
- Product reward credit will be paid in to the Ambassador's Sisterpay balance after the December commission run has taken place on Wednesday 11th January.
Terms and conditions:
- This incentive is open to all Ambassadors across the months of November and December 2022.
- Ambassadors must 'opt in' to the incentive by 31st October in order to be eligible for the incentive rewards, with the exception of New Ambassadors who join in October or November and will be eligible to opt-in until November 25th
- Ambassadors will be emailed at the beginning of the incentive window and throughout the duration of the qualifying period with details on how to 'opt in' to the incentive.
- The maximum payout for both cash and product reward credit is £750.
- The minimum points requirement for qualification is 500 points (across October and November).
- 'New recruit' refers to recruits that have been sponsored within the designated incentive timeframe (1st October to 30th November 2022) and sit in an Ambassadors immediate downline.
- 'Checkout' refers to Ambassadors confirming their choice of reward bonus (cash or product reward credit).
- At the end of the incentive window, Ambassadors who have 'opted in' will be emailed with their points balance and asked to 'checkout' by confirming their choice of bonus type.
- Ambassadors must 'checkout' to receive their chosen reward type by their chosen pay-out date, as outlined in the checkout schedule (see above).
- Ambassadors that fail to 'Checkout', by confirming their choice of incentive reward, by January 3rd 2022 will lose all incentive points earnt and forfeit any potential rewards.
- Product reward credit will be added to the Ambassador's Sisterpay balance after the months end Commission runs have taken place.
- Ann Summers reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the incentive where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Returns will be monitored throughout the incentive period. Ann Summers reserves the right to recoup any incentive rewards where an ambassador is found to have acted fraudulently or abused the terms of the incentive.
- Fraudulent behaviour of any nature will not be tolerated, and any such Ambassador will be immediately removed from the incentive and will be in breach of their Ambassador Agreement. Examples of this are: duplicate accounts, fraudulent accounts, fraudulent orders.
- If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Ann Summers, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to exclude Ambassadors from participating in the incentive.
- Ann Summers reserves the right to withhold any achievements where deemed necessary.
