I'm not receiving my activation code?
This is most likely to occur for the following reasons:
- You have entered your email incorrectly by accident when requesting the code or you are not using the same email you use to login to the Sister App
- Your activation code has gone to your spam mailbox. If this is the case, please make sure to click 'Not Junk' or 'Not Spam' when you open the email to let your mailbox know you want to receive emails from THRIVE.
- You have unsubscribed from a previous email from noreply@mail.learn.link which has told the mailing system that you should no longer receive emails. If this is the case you will lead to let us know so we can have THRIVE Support updating your mailing settings back you so you can receive emails again.
If none of the above is the cause please confirm for us and we'll work with THRIVE Support to look into this for you.
I've received my activation code but it isn't working?
Activation codes are valid for 1 hour after they have been generated. If you use a code after this time, it will be rejected and you will need to request a new one.
Once a new activation code is requested, any codes previously requested will become invalid. Only the most recent code will be accepted.
How can I share something?
In the bottom right of your screen if you open the content you want to share you'll see a curved arrow icon, this is the button to share content.
How can I pin something to check it out later?
In the bottom right of your screen if you open the content you want to pin so you can view it later there is a pin icon with PIN written next to it, click this and any time you want to check your saved items you can select the pin icon on the main menu bar on the top right.
How can I check my profile?
In the top right of your screen you should see your name, you can get to your profile anytime by clicking there.
Why doesn’t my eLearning content launch on iPhone?
When launching eLearning content, a new tab is opened in your browser. When this is done on an iPhone, Safari opens a new window or popup window instead. If eLearning content does not launch on your iPhone, it is most likely that popups are blocked.
To disable your popup blocker, go to Settings > Safari > Block pop-ups.
You will then need to refresh the content page for these settings to take effect.
