Terms & Conditions

• This incentive is open to all Ambassadors from the 1st-14th February 2023. 
• Ambassadors must have 'opted in' to the incentive by 14/02/2023 in order to be eligible for the incentive reward.
• To receive a free Self Love Clitoral Massager, Ambassadors must reach the individual personal sales targets issued to them via email.
• Once the incentive period has finished, Ambassadors will receive a reward code via email to claim their Self Love Clitoral Massager.
• Rewards codes can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other codes.
• A maximum of one Self-Love Massager can be claimed per Ambassador.
• Qualifying Ambassadors will have until midnight 24/02/2023 to claim their reward. If unclaimed by this date, the reward code will expire and a new one will not be issued.
• When claiming their reward, Ambassadors are required to have at least £10.00 of product in their basket or the code will not work.
• There is no cash alternative to this offer and Ambassadors will be unable to return this item for a refund or for account credit. 
• Rewards are subject to stock availability.
• Ambassadors are responsible for delivery costs upon claiming their rewards (unless additional items are added to their order and the free delivery threshold is met).
• Returns will be monitored throughout the incentive period. Ann Summers reserves the right to recoup any rewards where an Ambassador is found to have acted fraudulently or abused the terms of the offer.
• Ann Summers reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the incentive where it becomes necessary to do so.
• Fraudulent behaviour of any nature will not be tolerated, and any such Ambassador will be immediately removed from the incentive and will be in breach of their Ambassador Agreement.
• If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Ann Summers, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to exclude Ambassadors from participating in the incentive.
• Ann Summers reserves the right to withhold any achievements where deemed necessary.
