If you are having issues redeeming your NASP product rewards, please follow the below instructions carefully.
Firstly, ensure that you are logged in as an Ambassador on your Webshop as NASP rewards cannot be claimed otherwise.
If you're logged in you will be able to see the "Sisterhood" section next to the "Offers" section (1), the "Who is this order for?" box will be visible at checkout (2) and Ambassador discount will have been applied (3):
Once you are logged in, refer back to your rewards email and press the "Shop Now" button underneath the rewards link:
Once directed to shop on your Webshop, choose your product(s) from the group of selected rewards products, and add to your basket:
IMPORTANT!When claiming your rewards, please make sure:

At checkout, enter your code carefully with no spaces before, between or after the - symbol.
If you are copying and pasting the code from your rewards email, sometimes spaces will be added at the beginning or end of the code. Make sure these spaces are removed before pressing “Apply”. Alternatively, type the code in manually.
If you continue to experience issues after having followed all of the above guidance, please email support@annsummers.com and provide the following:
- A screenshot of the code in your rewards email
- Screenshots of all of the items in your basket
- A screenshot of how you have entered your code at checkout and any error messages that appear
