If you are having issues redeeming your NASP product rewards, please follow the below instructions carefully.
First ensure that you are logged in as an Ambassador on your Webshop as NASP rewards cannot be claimed otherwise. To clarify, if the "Who is this order for?" box (below) is not visible at checkout, you are not logged in:
Then:
- In your rewards email, press the "Shop Now" button underneath the rewards link:
- When redirected to your Webshop, choose your product(s) from the group of selected rewards products, and add to your basket:
When claiming your rewards:

- At checkout, enter your code carefully with no spaces before, between or after the - symbol.
- If you are copying and pasting the code from your rewards email, sometimes spaces will be added at the beginning or end of the code. Make sure these spaces are removed before pressing “Apply”. Alternatively, type the code in manually.
If you continue to experience issues after having followed all of the above guidance, please email sisterhoodhelpdesk@annsummers.com and provide the following:
- A screenshot of the code in your rewards email
- Screenshots of all of the items in your basket
- A screenshot of how you have entered your code at checkout and any error messages that appear
