Terms & Conditions

• This incentive is open to all Ambassadors from the 15^th-25^th January 2023.
• In order to qualify, Ambassadors must complete the Spring Clean Your Business pathway and knowledge quiz on THRIVE.
• The winner will win a social media takeover of the AS Facebook group with guidance from the Ann Summers Head Office Team.
• The winner will be drawn within 5 working days of the incentive closing.
• There is no cash alternative to this incentive.
• Ann Summers reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the incentive where it becomes necessary to do so.
• Fraudulent behaviour of any nature will not be tolerated, and any such Ambassador will be immediately removed from the incentive and will be in breach of their Ambassador Agreement.
• If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Ann Summers, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to exclude Ambassadors from participating in the incentive.
• Ann Summers reserves the right to withhold any achievements where deemed necessary.
