Spring Into Action Terms and Conditions:

• This incentive is open to all Ambassadors between 15^th-25^th February 2023.
• Ambassadors must sell one Planet Pleasure product to have their bra and knicker sales qualify for this incentive.
• The bras and knickers sold must be part of the Spring Value range in order to be counted. Items sold outside of this range will not count towards sales totals for this incentive.
• The region with the most bras and knickers sold will receive a trophy.
• The top 3 Ambassadors with the most bra and knickers sales in each region will receive a Planet Pleasure product and a Sexy Lace Melon set (Padded Plunge and Thong).
• If a tiebreaker is required, the Ambassador with the highest PS for that month will win. (For example: first place sells 10 bras, second place sells 9 bras, but third place there are two Ambassadors who both sell 8 bras - The Ambassador with the most PS at the end of the incentive window would win 3^rd place)
• Winners will be announced on 01/03/2023.
• Prizes will be dispatched within 10 working days of the winners being announced.
• There is no cash alternative to this incentive.
• Ann Summers reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the incentive where it becomes necessary to do so.
• Returns will be monitored throughout the incentive period. Ann Summers reserves the right to recoup any incentive rewards where an ambassador is found to have acted fraudulently or abused the terms of the incentive.
• Fraudulent behaviour of any nature will not be tolerated, and any such Ambassador will be immediately removed from the incentive and will be in breach of their Ambassador Agreement. Examples of this are: duplicate accounts, fraudulent accounts, fraudulent orders.
• If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Ann Summers, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to exclude Ambassadors from participating in the incentive.
• Ann Summers reserves the right to withhold any achievements where deemed necessary.
