What is the Earn and Play incentive?

The Earn and Play incentive gives all Ambassadors the opportunity to gain entries to an incredible prize draw by making sales and onboarding new Ambassadors across May and June.

How does it work?

Earn with sales

Ambassadors who achieve 200 PS in May and 200 PS in June will gain one entry into the prize draw.

For every additional 200 PS an Ambassador achieves after this, they will gain one extra entry into the prize draw.

For example:
IBA A achieves 400 PS in May and 600 PS in June = 4 prize draw entries.
(400 PS qualifying requirement = 1 entry. 3 x additional multiples of 200 PS = 3 extra entries) 

Earn extra entries by onboarding

As a bonus, for every new Ambassador onboarded across the incentive period who also achieves 200 PS (accumulatively), their sponsor will gain an extra prize draw entry, plus an entry for their new Ambassador!

For example:
IBA A onboards IBA B.
IBA B achieves 200 PS = IBA B gets 1 prize draw entry. IBA A gets 1 extra* prize draw entry.

(*In order to gain extra prize draw entries, Ambassadors must meet the incentive requirements to qualify)

There is no limit to how many entries an Ambassador can have!

What are the requirements to qualify? 

To qualify for the incentive, Ambassadors must: 

For new joiners onboarded during the incentive period (01/05/23-30/06/23):

Earn and Play Wildcard:

From 1^st-19^th June 2023, every new Ambassador sponsored who hits 100 PS between these dates will gain 2 extra entries to the prize draw for their Upline sponsor.

For example:
IBA A onboards IBA C and IBA D.
IBA C achieves 100 PS. IBA D achieves 125 PS = 4 X entries* for IBA A.

(*In order to gain prize draw entries, Ambassadors must meet the incentive requirements to qualify)

Incentive Terms and Conditions

• This incentive is open to all Ambassadors across the incentive period (01/05/2023 –30/06/2023).
• To qualify, Ambassadors must achieve a minimum of 200 PS in May and 200PS in June and complete the Earn and Play Knowledge Check on Thrive.
• Ambassadors must 'opt in' to the incentive via the Thrive Knowledge Check to be eligible for the incentive rewards. Ambassadors who have not opted in will not be entered into the prize draw.
• For every additional multiple of 200 PS an Ambassador achieves they will gain an extra entry into the draw.
• In order to gain any extra prize draw entries, Ambassadors must have met the incentive requirements.
• Ambassadors who directly sponsor new Ambassadors between 01/05/2023 – 30/06/2023 who then go on to achieve 200 PS will gain one extra entry into the prize draw providing that they have qualified for the incentive. 
• Every new Ambassador onboarded across the incentive period who achieves 200 PS will gain one entry into the prize draw, as will their sponsor.
• Should a new Ambassador wish to gain additional prize draw entries after having hit their 200 PS target within the incentive timeframe, they must also complete the Thrive Earn and Play pathway and Knowledge Check and opt in.
• The Earn and Play Wildcard will run from 01/06/2023-19/06/2023.
• From 01/06/2023-19/06/2023, Ambassadors who directly sponsor new Ambassadors who then go on to achieve 100 PS will gain two entries into the prize draw providing that they have qualified for the incentive.
• Ann Summers reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the incentive where it becomes necessary to do so.
• Returns will be monitored throughout the incentive period. Ann Summers reserves the right to recoup any incentive rewards where an Ambassador is found to have acted fraudulently or abused the terms of the incentive.
• Fraudulent behaviour of any nature will not be tolerated, and any such Ambassador will be immediately removed from the incentive and will be in breach of their Ambassador agreement. Examples of this are: duplicate accounts, fraudulent accounts, fraudulent orders.
• If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Ann Summers, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to exclude Ambassadors from participating in the incentive.
• Ann Summers reserves the right to withhold any achievements where deemed necessary.
• Head Office decision is final.

Prize Terms and Conditions

• There are 40 prizes to be won with one winner drawn per prize.
• Any vouchers awarded as a prize must be redeemed before their expiry date.
• Extensions to the validity of a voucher will not be allowed unless first authorized by Ann Summers.
• It is the responsibility of the voucher winner to book and arrange their holiday.
• Passports and Visas are the responsibility and cost of the prize winner. Ann Summers cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation.
• The prize winner and their party (where applicable) are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations as required by any destination country. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their party (where applicable).
• There is no cash alternative to this incentive or refund for unused portions of the prize, and no other reward will be given in the event that a winner cannot claim a prize.
