What is the Envision Incentive?
Envision is an incentive programme that gives all Ambassadors the opportunity to win big prizes by making sales and onboarding new frontline Ambassadors across July, August and September.
There are more than 80 prizes to be won!
How do I qualify?
The minimum PS requirement for entry into the Envision Incentive is 225 PS / £300 sales over the incentive period (accumulative).
IMPORTANT:Ambassadors must 'opt in' to the incentive on Thrive to be eligible to receive any Envision rewards. Ambassadors will also be emailed at the beginning of the incentive window and throughout the duration of the qualifying period (1st July – 30th September) with details on how to 'opt in' to the incentive. |
How does it work?
Ambassadors earn “Bunny Bucks” through their own personal sales and by recruiting new frontline ambassadors. This will determine the Ambassadors’ position in their league table.
There will be two league tables:
- Top 50 Established Ambassadors (Any Ambassador who joined prior and including March 31st 2023)
- Top 20 New Ambassadors (Any Ambassador who joined from the 1st of April until 30th September 2023)
In the event of a tie, an Ambassador’s Personal Sales will be used to split an Ambassador’s Bunny Bucks.
Levels
There are 4 different levels to hit over the incentive period.
PERSONALISED TARGETS
Ambassadors will be sent a personalised sales and recruitment target via email.
When they achieve these targets, they will unlock a Super Bunny Bucks Bonus of +100 Bunny Bucks. But that’s not all… Ambassadors will also unlock a more rewarding point system for stretching past it!
- Hit personalised sales target = +100 (Super Bunny Bucks Bonus
- Stretch Past Sales target = an extra 2 Bunny Bucks for every full % point above target
- Hit personalised recruitment target = +100 Bunny Bucks
- Stretch past Recruitment target = +100 (Super Bunny Bucks Bonus) for every new qualified recruit above target
CONSISTENCY BONUS
Ambassadors will be rewarded with a "consistency bonus" of 50 Bunny Bucks at the end of the incentive (30th of September 2023) if they make a minimum of 75 PS / £100 sales in every month of the incentive.
For example:
SALES
Ambassador A has a sales target of 600 PS across the incentive period.
Ambassador A earns the following:
250 PS / £333 sales in July, 375 PS / £500 sales in August, 210 PS / £280 sales in September
=835 PS / £1,113 sales total.
They will achieve the following bunny bucks:
10 BB for level 1
30 BB for level 2
100 BB for hitting their target
78 BB for stretching past their target (39% x2)
50 BB for consistency over the three months.
=268 Bunny Bucks total
RECRUITMENT
Ambassador A has a target of 1 frontline recruit.
Ambassador A recruits Ambassador B.
Ambassador B joins July 25th and earns 75 PS / £100 sales in July, 150 PS / £200 sales in August and 250 PS / £333 sales in September.
Ambassador B will count as a qualified recruit in August and September.
They will achieve the following bunny bucks:
10 BB for hitting level 1.
100 BB for hitting target in August.
100 BB for going beyond target in September.
=210 Bunny Bucks total
Envision Incentive Terms and Conditions:
- This incentive is open to all Ambassadors across the incentive period (01/07/2023 –30/09/2023).
- To qualify, Ambassadors must achieve a minimum of 225 PS / £300 sales across the incentive period (accumulative).
- Ambassadors must 'opt in' to the incentive on Thrive in order to be eligible for the incentive rewards or be entered into any incentive prize draws.
- By opting in, Ambassadors are consenting to having their contact information shared with Cloud Nine for the purpose of the fulfilment of prizes only.
- “Established Ambassadors” refers to those registered as an Ambassador on or before March 31st 2023.
- “New Ambassadors” refers to those registered as an Ambassador on or after April 1st 2023.
- Ambassadors will earn points (referred to as “Bunny Bucks” throughout the incentive) if they hit certain sales and/or recruitment targets. The amount of Bunny Bucks an Ambassador earns will determine their position in the league table.
- To earn Bunny Bucks, Ambassadors must have met the personalised sales and recruitment targets sent to them via email. Ambassadors will have the opportunity to earn “Bonus” Bunny Bucks by hitting additional targets and requirements throughout the incentive.
- Only a directly sponsored recruit will count towards an Ambassador’s recruitment target.
- In the event that Ambassadors are tied on Bunny Bucks, the Ambassador with the highest PS across the incentive period will be considered.
- Any Cash rewards will be paid out as part of the month end commission run.
- Ann Summers reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the incentive where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Returns will be monitored throughout the incentive period. Ann Summers reserves the right to recoup any incentive rewards where an Ambassador is found to have acted fraudulently or abused the terms of the incentive.
- Fraudulent behaviour of any nature will not be tolerated, and any such Ambassador will be immediately removed from the incentive and will be in breach of their Ambassador agreement. Examples of this are: duplicate accounts, fraudulent accounts, fraudulent orders.
- If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Ann Summers, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to exclude Ambassadors from participating in the incentive.
- Ann Summers reserves the right to withhold any achievements where deemed necessary.
- Head Office decision is final.
July prize draw Terms and Conditions:
- Ambassadors who make 150 PS / £200 sales between 01/07/2023-31/07/2023 (inclusive) will earn an entry into the July prize draw, and 1x extra prize draw entry for every multiple of 150 PS / £200 sales made beyond the initial 150 PS / £200 sales.
- Ambassadors who onboard new Ambassadors and support them to reach 150 PS / £200 sales in July will earn an entry into the July prize draw.
- Every new Ambassador onboarded across July who achieves 150 PS / £200 sales will gain one entry into the July prize draw, providing they have opted into the incentive.
August prize draw Terms and Conditions:
- Ambassadors who make 150 PS / £200 sales between 01/08/2023-31/08/2023 (inclusive) will earn an entry into the August prize draw, and 1x extra prize draw entry for every multiple of 150 PS / £200 sales made beyond the initial 150 PS / £200 sales.
- Ambassadors who onboard new Ambassadors and support them to reach 150 PS / £200 sales in August will earn an entry into the August prize draw.
- Every new Ambassador onboarded across August who achieves 150 PS / £200 sales will gain one entry into the August prize draw, providing they have opted into the incentive.
September prize draw Terms and Conditions:
- Ambassadors who make 150 PS / £200 sales between 01/09/2023-30/09/2023 (inclusive) will earn an entry into the September prize draw, and 1x extra prize draw entry for every multiple of 150 PS / £200 sales made beyond the initial 150 PS / £200 sales.
- Ambassadors who onboard new Ambassadors and support them to reach 150 PS / £200 sales in September will earn an entry into the September prize draw.
- Every new Ambassador onboarded across September who achieves 150 PS / £200 sales will gain one entry into the September prize draw, providing they have opted into the incentive.
Cloud Nine – Prize Fulfilment Terms and Conditions:
- Unless otherwise stated the prize offered is for 2 adults travelling together, one of which must be aged 18 (21 or over for travel to the USA). Where a family package is offered this assumes 2 adults and 2 children (2-11 years) travelling together.
- Travel is valid until 23rd December 2024, travel is not permitted over Christmas, New Year, Easter, Bank Holidays, trade fairs or local special events (i.e. Fashion Week / Sporting Events).
- All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated in the promotional terms. Extensions to the validity of the package will not be allowed unless first authorized by Cloud Nine Incentives Limited and the organiser.
- All dates and locations are subject to availability.
- Cloud Nine Incentives Limited accepts no responsibility for any events beyond its reasonable control including the withdrawal of, or amendment to, any hotels, tours, flights, events or retail items. Cloud Nine Incentives Limited will use its reasonable endeavours to supply suitable alternatives in such circumstances. No refund will be offered.
- All bookings must be made through Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd, The Station, 7 High Street, Olney, Bucks, MK46 4EB. ABTA no. L9097 and ATOL no. 10626.
- This prize is non-transferable or exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other special offer. There is no cash alternative or refund for any unused portions of the prize.
- In the event of cancellation, the winner or any other participant will not be entitled to claim any refund or replacement prize.
- All bookings must be made a minimum of 6 weeks (42 days) in advance of travelling.
- Any amendments made by the winner after the booking is confirmed will be subject to administration charges, some changes may not be possible.
- For overseas prizes a valid passport / visa / tourist card is the responsibility of the winner. Any cost associated with acquiring a passport / visa / tourist card is the responsibility of the winner.
- Some activities and/or experiences may be seasonal or only operate on certain dates.
- Some destinations may incur a local tourist tax, this is payable locally in cash and is the responsibility of the winner.
- Transport between your home and the airport / UK destination is the responsibility of the winner.
- All other costs and expenses in taking up the prize not set out in the stated prize description will be at the winners expense, these include but are not limited to transfers to the UK airport or UK destination, meals, drinks, visas and gratuities.
- Should the winner wish to add additional items to the prize (extra nights, additional passengers etc.) then winners may do so at an extra cost. Cloud Nine will advise the cost prior to booking: Cloud Nine will not enter into any discussions about cost comparison or rates sourced elsewhere.
- Some activities and/or experiences may have age, height, weight and/or health restrictions.
- Flights are in economy class unless otherwise stated. Hold luggage and pre-booked seats together are not included but can be added on at the winners expense.
- Prizes are based on 2 adults sharing a standard twin/double room or a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) sharing a standard family room.
- If meals are included they may have a maximum allowance associated with them, winners will be notified of this prior to travelling.
- It is the winners responsibility to advise Cloud Nine of any circumstance that may prevent them from participating in any element of the prize, including but not limited to dietary requirements, medical conditions or personal circumstance.
- Prizes may be subject to further terms and conditions of Cloud Nine’s supplier, a copy of these is available to the winner upon request.
- Where insurance is included it covers winners up to and including the age of 69 years. There may be a supplement payable for winners over the age of 70. Pre-existing medical conditions are not covered.
- Winners are responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests whilst taking part in the prize. The promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or guests from participation in the prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the promoter, airline or any company associated with the prize, or, if the any party act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is anti-social in any manner or which causes disturbance or nuisance to others.
PHYSICAL PRIZES
- Cloud Nine cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged items.
- If a prize comes with a manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee this will be sent to the winner electronically.
- Some prizes may require a signature upon delivery.
- Where a prize includes an age restricted products, photo ID may be required upon delivery.
VOUCHERS
- Vouchers must be redeemed within the time frame stated.
- Cloud Nine cannot replace any lost, stolen, expired or damaged vouchers.
- Vouchers will be subject to each individual suppliers terms.
